This is one of the best tutorials I ever saw - I was blown away on how you managed to explain all those concepts in such a simple way, while leveraging the joy of working with Rails and avoiding the temptation to optimize things prematurely. I'd like to know how InertiaJS on Rails is performing? Is the development active?

Yes. But when the adapter is solid, there arent much things to increase in the code.
