​@InesVandehoof I'm sorry if I appear to be overly dramatic, but there are many reasons why written communication has rules that need to be followed, but the main one that concerns me, as you as referenced, is it's effectiveness being lost. Poor punctuation does indeed make effective communication easier and, in some cases, possible. It's just a thought, but try to imagine Shakespeare without commas or fullstops! Whilst literary icons losing their relevance might not bother you,it's just a good example to demonstrate the importance of punctuation.

I feel Poch and Ten hag are quite similar, maybe not in the style of play or man management but in terms of what you can perhaps achieve with them and their recent situations. Both of them have had their hands tied at the back at Chelsea/PSG and United while dealing with dressing room/owners. Can't ignore the fact that a team like Spurs went that far in UCL and also Chelsea seemed to have made some progress this season. ETH overachieved last season. This year has been brutal to him.
