Its great basic information i m confused about analog inputs ll be given to plc through isolators where as digital outputs ll be given to field devices through relays and contactors,how we connect digital out put devices to plc ,is it like through relays and then to out card of plc,similarly analog out of plc through analog card and then isolator and then to the field device,plz correct me if i am wrong.

The 4 - 20 mA is coming from the field is taken into the isolator to take two outputs, one for plc and one for displaying the local display. DO are given through relays, the card given do as 24V and it is going to relay to energize it then that relay will give output in the form of NC and NO. I hope it will clear if any doubt. Please, welcome your questions!

Sir app ek baar control wiring ko detail me bata dijiye and troubleshoot kese kre

Sir.... very good info.... but in plc panels if we give the output command to relay as latching then how it will switch off the relay after 5 sec and motor keeps running ? And if we possibly switch off after 5 sec and motor latch through contractor then how it's possible to switch off the motor if the output command in controller is already off.... I got confusion in this logic...
