Happy to discuss Industrial anytime Mark. Semi retired now and spent 32 years in Self Storage and Document Storage. Cut my teeth in Annandale, Alexandria and Waterloo from 1988 to 2004, then moved at SW Sydney when Alexandria etc went resi. I think Industrial is the best and only sound asset. Good episode and very much enjoyed
