This video and Brioni Faith's industrial dance tutorial taught me everything that I needed to know in order to get started dancing. Anytime anyone asks me to teach them how to dance, I always refer them to this video and Brioni Faith's video. And people often ask me to teach them how to dance when they see me dancing at a club or here on KZread. So I must say, thank you, Xan Thrax. You are an excellent teacher, and I owe much of my dancing success to you.

Congrats! I praise you. Never saw an effective industrial-tutorial-video like this. First i thought it would be just an dance-video without explanation and just had a fail-topic...but you did a good job. All the other videos of tutorials with comments about their moves aren't very helpful.

I had to comment here, this was the first video of yours I ever saw. I tried teaching myself (Brioni Faith), and accidentally punched myself in the face lol. So I gave up for a year. I came across this video and was completely blown away. I've gotten better thanks to you. Xanthrax, from one human being to another...you helped me find my rhythm.

I could watch this video on and on and on...Best Industrial Dancer ever!

This is my go to because it is an amazing tutorial, but an excellent video to just enjoy watching as well. The music is also so good that I've replayed this over and over again for years.

*MORTAL KOMBAAAAAAT!!!!* *Scorpion wins, flawless victory* *but I do seriously enjoy this, very talented and appreciate that it's done so well that while there is no verbal instruction the communication is excellent. And what a great sense of aesthetic with the location choice! Very well done, thanks for making it!

Still watch at least twice a week; my GF is being very cool about my enjoyment of this fantastic dance style (which seems to intimidate many people my age: "that's for the 'kidz'!") and after the first time meeting my effort with a chuckle, not only is she far more supportive (cos, hey mate, we are NOT young and I've neglected my health a bit over the last decade after being adamant bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast) because the health benefits of industrial dance and required stamina is becoming quickly apparent in addition to being, imo, the most badass way for males desiring benefits of aerobic and anaerobic stamina, but, like me, HATE being the 'only guy' in the (insert latest fitness dance class name here) class. There is ZERO embarrassment (for any gender really) for any male learning industrial dance. Both she and I are equally excited for the day I actually look like I 'know' what I'm doing. [LOL] I know 'fitness' probably isn't what you intended for this, but I'm grateful that after less than 11 minutes of your totally easy to follow dance instruction, I still sweat more than any "aerobics class" I stepped through for 60 minutes. Best for jock like me, the flow of the moves look simply sick and help me feel empowered (because all are 'power moves' imo). I simply can't speak enough about your zero-intimidation instruction as well. So, if you're 'cup runneth over' due to my spewing it's cos you deserve the props for ease of communication at negative language barrier. That's right KZreadrs: Xanthrax's helpin' this ol' fart ta get hiz freakin' groove back and look sick as f**k while doin' it. IMO, you deserve to 'cash in' on the benefits of your instruction before someone else sees your passion as a retirement plan for themselves. Lookin' forward in the future gettin' over myself a bit more and submitting a vid that honors your effort 'n dedication while makin' you smile with pride. Be seein' ya. =) TL;DR: Xanthrax is awesome teacher; helps old man to get healthy, gain confidence, make GF drool. Do what the teacher shows. Happiness is yours.

Damn, i just got into industrial music and the dance, ive been taking advice from a lot of tutorial videos on youtube and yet i still sucked, this on the other hand, without any captions or anything else is way more effective, my dance moves got better than i used to be thanks to this tutorial, it cant say thank you enough, keep up the good work 👌

Your teaching style is incredibly intuitive, comfortable and easy to follow. Every positive comment here is well-deserved. Thank you from someone who's decades older than you, just discovered industrial music (found "Pong" just 3 weeks ago and I'm HOOKED) and want to learn how to industrial dance but is too old/proud/scared to ask. yeees you need to watch other interesting dance videos, you need find movements and try to repeat it

My plan is to pick a small number of dance videos (not necessarily industrial) and dance along to them repeatedly, initially in slow motion, until I can follow them. Currently I'm managing about 20 minutes most evenings. When I can do those dances I'll add more to the list. Then I'll be able to (a) do those particular dances; (b) do all the individual moves; (c) follow other people's moves more easily. After that, assuming I haven't lost interest, (c) (and to a lesser extent (b)) will help me to resume my long-abandoned attempts to learn martial arts.

I guess I cant say much because I dont post videos myself.. maybe one day... but still love your dancing.
