*This battery reconditioning program exceeded my presumptions. It worked on any drill battery, several AA and AAA batteries, **batery.repair** and any camera battery. The steps are simple and the act itself is exciting to do. No matter what type of battery you`ve got, it is sure to function again!*

What were electrolytes are in the batteries that you’ve described I don’t know what you’re talking about

I feel grateful this reconditioning program kzread.infoUgkxcJ22tnHH9l1vjdIdEIG27iOG55P7LXI8 was started. I had Three dead batteries scheduled for disposing of. Having said that, I tried out reconditioning them and it took me only an hour to do it! It doesn`t matter what type of battery you want, the process works.

Like Chris Lokey said, you forgot to mention a battery should only be watered after a full charge. You also forgot to recommend the use of distilled water. the accumulation of dissolved solids will contaminate the plates, causing higher equivalent series resistance, and higher self discharge rates. It also reduces capacity. Everything else you said is exactly correct. Just remember to mention distilled water after a full charge.

Not necessary to use distilled watered its just a sales tactic to avoid warranty. Ive been servicing and repairing batteries for over 15 years and see no difference.

EXCELLENT video on batteries. Much more accurate than other videos. However, I am somewhat hesitant to give much credence on specific gravity tests. Most batteries, unless very properly maintained will have been overfilled in the past causing a loss of electrolyte during the charge cycle. What gets added to replace the electrolyte? Water. This weakens the acid and diminishes the value of the specific gravity reading. I only trust a specific gravity reading on a battery that has had the acid adjusted to the proper level. One more note. Just make sure the power to a charger has been disconnected before blowing it out. Some of the newer high frequency chargers have transistors on the front that are carrying full line voltage that has been converted to DC. This can be a life threatening danger if a blow gun device that is metallic comes in contact with them.

Question: I recently started a job where I use an electric forklift. I am not sure what kind of battery it has since it is enclosed in a metal case. I have been told to charge it when it gets low but not to overcharge it (1-2 hours) since it can boil over. Yesterday, the battery got low since I was doing a lot of work with it. I left it on the charger for about 2 hours. When I came back, I could hear a boiling sound coming from the battery. I immediately turned off the charger and unplugged the battery. I then let the forklift sit for about an hour before I used it again. Nothing else happened after this. When I started using it again, I didn't experience any issues. Did I leave the battery charging for too long?

Sounds like the company is not letting the battery fully charge - there may be a reason for this so verify. We plug our forklift in at the end of the day and let the charger do its thing. It turns off automatically when the charge is full. The boiling you heard is normal. That's why they say NO SPARKS OR FLAMES. Our guys will get fired if caught smoking near charging battery! Be sure to check the water level AFTER CHARGE IS COMPLETE. Add water about 1/4" above the perforated plate - DO NOT OVERFILL. Strongly suggest learning more about forktruck charging system and battery maintenance. Good for you for looking into this. Sorry I'm just seeing this and replying a year late! Good info in the video!

The first thing to note is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A CHEAPLY MADE BULLDOG BATTERY if you do then you will get exactly what you pay for and that is a LOW-GRADE CHEAP PRODUCT THAT WILL NOT BE WARRANTIED BY THE MANUFACTURER. The product is low end and the manufacturer doesn't honor warranty issues. Not just one opinion here by the way the product is well known for low quality.
