100% correct. had there been independent Sikh state between India and Pakistan, there would have not been war of 65 or 71, as India Pakistan never had a common border.

Being a Sikh I thanks to the documentary maker , very honest and correct facts shown in this video, we Sikhs believe that we did historic political mistake to reject offer of Jinna Saab to stay in Pak Punjab and bcos of this we are living slaves of Hindus in India , our human rights were/are demolished by Hindus , BJP, RSS and we feel we need our Sikh home land for our survival

It is a well researched, based on facts and well presented report. I have not watched this sort of comprehensive report before. We share language, living style and values with Sikhs. It would have been better for both communities if remained united. We Punjabis might have not suffered what we went through a traumatic situation during the partition of 1947.😢. Whatever happened we can't reverse but we all can work hard to live like good neighbours and good brothers. Pakistani Punjabis respect Sikh community a lot in spite of the incidents of 1947. That was unnecessary killing and harming of some irresponsible hate lovers. Punjab is a land of Babas (holy men from Muslim, Skih and Hind communities) who always spread peace, love, harmony, patience, human dignity, and excellent values of humanity we all share. Thanks

It's a dirty, stingy state.
Sikh got killed in the partition, we lost our lands because of bad leadership and trusting the people who our gurus said are blind. Trusted india got a genocide because of that. Hindu and Sikh were not closer Sikh and Muslim have been close in the history of Punjab. it was pushed into the minds of many people by politicians. Sikh had lost real leaders in the fight for freedom for the subcontinent. Leaders like Bhagat Singh, Sardar Udham Singh, Sardar Kartar Singh Sarabha were lost in name of freedom.

I hope it is not misunderstood as against any community or in favour of any other so I will find better words to describe a saying that was very common in per-partition India that "Hindus always plan far ahead for a pending stormy issue, Muslims react when the storm is on the head and Sikhs think about it when the storm is over". I hope and pray that Khalistan comes into existence hopefully in peaceful way. Sikh community deserve this.

In short at that crucial time muslims were very very lucky to get a honest, intelligent and far sighted leader in Qaid E Azam. Unfortunately Sikhs with all their bravery lacked leadership that had for sight to think beyond their time or maybe their personal gains. I think the best option for Sikhs was a separate state at the time of partition... They could protect their identity history and geography. In my vlg there were many Sikhs shelterd and protected during riots and handed over safely to military in 1947.
