The title of the song is parle a tête which means talk to your head. The song is about a distraught girl who is under the pressure of society and its norms (getting a job, having a life..). She suffers from depression and burnout. She wants to talk to her head to create her ideal world in which she has a lover, but again she tells him that he must forgive her because she can't talk to him all the time as she needs to find herself to find her balance.
