It was probably 25 years ago or more. I went through a heart-wrenching break-up with my partner. Cheated on me with a close friend right under my nose. Didn't eat for almost 30 days. Lost 28 pds I was so distraught from the betrayal. Well, I had purchased great tickets on a dark road for our whole group of friends. I said to the cheaters, you're not going on my dime, I'll be selling your tickets to the first scalper I see, ... And that's precisely what I did. Me and my dear friend Amy Louise headed for your concert at the Greek in Cali. I insisted that we stop for flowers that I could give to Amy Ray. A beautiful silk arrangement that I would give to her when she sang my favorite song, "Romeo & Juliet"❤️how I love this song. It walked me through my pain.. it still makes me cry to this day. Well, after the concert began, someone ran up and gave Emoly some flowers, to which security immediately took, stating "security reasons" blah blah I took that as a cue because the audience was so annoyed by it. I looked at my friend Amy and said should I take mine now? She said, "GO" & off I went! Amy Ray reached out for them me standing on the tips of my boots & trying to reach my back pocket with a thank you note. The crowd roaring, but I had blinders on, and I was on a mission... By the time I got back to my chair I couldn't feel my legs... It's one of the greatest moments of my life, but it got so much more glorious because during the intermission... 2 of my friends from my group came screaming down the isle saying, oh my God Michelle I saw that blond hair flying when you ran down that aisle, couldn't believe my eyes! Guess who else saw it!" Mhmmm they were both there somewhere in the boondocks watching it all ... Fucking glorious!✌️🤣 You know what they say, karma's only a bitch if you are... And on a good day, if your spirit is right, you'll get to witness it in all its splendid Glory. So thank you beautiful Amy, it's a memory I will cherish forever🌹 ❤️Much Love everyone

Love this song! I just saw you guys for the first time in Rockland, ME (Nov, 2015), and I'm SO glad it was such a small venue!!! Your music has been helping me through the rough places and to celebrate the happy since the college years (early 90s), and I'm so grateful!
