You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. The living room has very comfortable furniture, The sofa has a sleeper for your extra guest. There is also a set of bunk beds built into the hall way. The entry hall is extra wide so even with six people you do not feel crowded. The living room also has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large sliding door with awesome views to the gulf. Very nice patio furniture so you can enjoy the outside in comfort. The kitchen has lots of cabinets beautiful updated cabinets with a walk in pantry. There is also a full size washer and dryer so you don't have to waste space packing. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination. Enjoy the sweeping views of the Gulf or watch the Blue Angels fly over from the fabulous rooftop patio! Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away. All first responders and active military receive a 15% with valid credentials.
