My gf has a teenage son with cerebral palsy and this is perfect ... I gave him a broken digital blood pressure machine and he's currently been carrying it around for 3 months straight because it has a button, makes noise and vibrates. We are all challenged to find something he will trade it with us for ...but for now the bp machine is the record setting champ .. this might be a huge contender ... especially with the accessibility features to keep the app open ...awesome can't wait to tell her about these. Does anyone know who makes these with the led backstop atm?

Count me in! When does it release?

I really want one of these, but there seems to be no updates on the kickstarter campaign. This is the coolest idea and I love playing pinball on my ipad.

Well, I see you are a VPX player as well.Surprise: You can use the MiniPin as a controller for your PC to play VPX as well! Buttons, plunger, nudging. Everything works! So the best of both worlds. Stand alone with your iPad or as a dedicated pinball controller for PC VPX/FX3/pinball arcade!

I plan on doing a Kickstarter this spring. The standard MiniPin supports 9.7 to 10.5 inch iPad models. Many have asked for a 12.9 inch iPad pro version. If there is enough demand I might consider it.

Does the marquee change with the game. Or it is painted on?

The marquee is printed and backlighted.Backlights have animations. You can easily topen the backbox and change backglass image. External display with iPad gaming is not really possible unfortunately. Idea is too have decal sets so you can customise the MiniPin to your own liking. I have prototype with a a backglass with an old iPad (mini). You can swipe so you get the backglass you want. Also animated back-glasses. T

any way to charge the ipad's battery while playing?

The usual way through the cable. There is room to put the cable in the iPad. From there the cable goes to the inside/back. Either to a powerbank or an iPad charger. . I have played many hours and sometimes the iPad drains and I need to charge the iPad while playing as well..

No, unfortunately not. Android tablets all have different form factors. We can not design a MiniPin that can be used with all kinds of android tablets,

It's too bad Zen actually did a pretty mediocre job recreating this table digitally. In their timed challenge mode, there's no reason to go for modes because it doesn't award points until end of ball, and there isn't one. Also, every game starts with Streets of Cairo selected as the first mode. On the real table, it always starts with a different random mode selected. This makes the Zen version predictable and boring. This is a real shame, considering the price they're charging.
