This is the Indiana Jones Hike in southern Okinawa. It is about a mile long, and loops around back to the beginning. It's not too difficult, as I carried a 14 month old while filming this, but there are parts that are steep and require you to hold on to ropes to get up and down. There are also caves that you need to duck to get through. The hike takes you through the foundation of the Tamagusukujo castle ruins, and then leads to the stairway up to the ruins themselves.
