Very nice video. What I do for the veggie mix is that on friday we make pav bhaji. and then the same bhaji is used for the rest of the snacks like you showed till about tuesday. On top of a toast with chai or with left over pao also.

Friday to Tuesday - Come on - your family deserves something fresh atleast once in 2 days . Don’t be so lazy. Already cooked vegetables don’t have any nutrients, on top of that you are using the old cooked veggies for 5 days is not good for your growing children. As it is pav is maida and has no nutrition. Please sister think about the health of your family and do something simple and fresh everyday.
