Mortgage= പണയം Lease= പാട്ടം

ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു പ്രോപ്പർട്ടി വാങ്ങി. നേരത്തെ ഈ പ്രോപ്പർട്ടിയിന്മേൽ seller അഡ്വാൻസ് വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. അത് ഞങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല. ഞങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ കരം തീർത്തു. അടുത്ത വർഷം കരം അടച്ചു അന്നരം അറിയുന്നു ഇതിൽ കോർട്ട് അറ്റാച്ച്മെന്റ്റ് ഉണ്ട് എന്ന്. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അത് വിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്?
