Hey man, you just have to use the stock threads and lock it into place. Sorry hard to explain without video. Was a while back.

That tank sticker is badass. Bassanis are the shizzle. Nice bike brutha. I don't know if it's the mirrors or the tank emblem but that bike looks more stocky than normal which I am digging. Great looking ride. Makes me want to trade my standard Thunder black smoke Scout in on a bobber... lol.

@@OlyMar83 for sure. I actually put Harley cans on it from Firebrand. It sounds great I actually have posted some vids of it here. I just have always been a sucker for the Bobber... lol. Plus I want ABS. I bought my 2015 Standard Scout because I got a smoking deal on it used. It had 380 miles on it when I bought it.

Bro glad it helped. I mounted a go pro with a homemade wind muff so the sound comes out clean. It’s pretty decent aye. Was travelling 100km\h at some stages and the wind noise still not apparent. This was 💯 my goal in this video. Also gives you a good look how the scout bobber would fit on a perspective buyer.

Thanks for your video, it helps me a lot to choose an exhaust for my bobber. I'm interesting between the Bassani, the V&Hines twin slash, and the Kuyakyn Crusher. How would you compare the Bassani to the V&H ? quieter? louder ? thanks for your answer (sorry for my english language, I'm french :)

MenInMachines hey man. The V&H and crushers are a lot louder in my opinion. They have more or a louder crackle and pop sound than the bassanis. I choose the bassanis cause they are loud but not over the top. I liked the deep rumble of the bassanis at idle. Don’t get me wrong though if I bought a bobber with the crushers or VH on em I would be perfectly happy. No hate on them. End of the day it comes down to personal preference. The colour of the bassanis are also the closest to the heat guards that come on the bobber stock if that bothers you at all.

A good alternative are Tailgunners 357s. They are very deep but not ear piercing.

When I first got em I thought damn they loud. But when compared to say Vance and Hines, these are better on the ears. So yeh they not overly loud. But you definitely know you around on the road.

Prowling Trowel hey man, so it’s tricky. I got these from v-twin-exhaust.com.au Now they won’t sell unless you are a distributor. So tell them deliver your local dealer and get them to put your name then ring the dealer and tell them you got an invoice from vtwin so they don’t mark it up. Sorry if thats confusing.
