Ok Dear.. 1 Spoon Gokharu with a glass of water...boil it till it left 1 cup ...Agr problem bahut jyada hai, to 1 week tak daily ,kisi bhi time pi skte hai, or jab problem kam ho Jaye to 1 week mein 3 bar ..or jab bilkul bhi problem na ho to week me ek bar pi lijiye , problem hogi hi nhi..
