Indian Creek Trail to the Eye of the Needle

Спорт

This video is long. Sorry about the length of it. But there is so much to see on this trail. Also I have met some hikers who have never made it to the Eye of the Needle on this hike. Based on some of the comments on my other 2 videos of this trail, I decided to make this video showing directions on how I go to get to the Eye of the Needle! Enjoy!

Great video, qas the only one I found so far that shows you the way in to the trail, tried once and went down the wrong g creek still had fun though, but watched this and went back the next day and made it to arkansas cave, didn try to climb up the ropes, but water was flowing g so got to see the water fall out of arkansas cave, try not to go when it forcast rain, on our way back had to walk in the rain, and walked a bluff line that was more then I wanted to, but had fun and enjoyed it

Thank you! I’m glad you were able to make it. Those ropes are a little risky on wet days even for a hiker like me. I climb and go where sone say it’s not possible. Lol. I don’t blame you there. That trail is tough and dangerous sometimes on wet days! I have more trails of that area on my channel. I love hiking the Ozarks! Thanks for eating and leaving a comment.

@@rjguess yeah, the first creek we went on, it was fun had a lot of bouldering, it was dry the whole way up, there qas a point were we made it that just couldn't go any further the rocks just got to big, my kids loved it though, they like the climbing on rocks, and when we was on indian creek on our way back we took the uff line on the left, and almost bit more then we could chew, thinking we were avoiding things and would of been easyer to just gotten wet jumping in the creek anyways cause we was soaked it started raining when we left and didn't stop the whe way back but was enjoyful that's fur sure just a few heart stop moments, this is our fist time here and we will be back, we will make it to the eye o e day just need to get little more climbing experience in

Yes, it is one of my favorite hikes. When you make it to the eye of the needle you will be satisfied. It’s nice to hangout and have lunch there before you head back.

It is long. I don’t expect anyone to watch the entire video. It’s hard to film that hike and make a short video with the footage.

looks like a Rat Snake. good to leave it alone, they are harmless to humans but they are helpful to keep down the unwanted critter population. so let them hang out where they choose.

Agreed. I’m not in to killing wildlife on the trail unless it a choice of me or the animal. Or when I hunt for food. Other than that, it’s quite nice to observe the wildlife, respect them and the habitat they live in. Thanks for watching my video. I appreciate it.

@@rjguess yeah hunting for food isn't killing out of spite or fear. even buying food from a store means several things had to die to feed you.
