Indian Government Bonds (IGBs) will start being included in JP Morgan’s emerging markets bond indices starting this Friday, June 28. The gradual inclusion process will extend over 10 months until March 31, 2025. Estimates suggest this move could attract approximately $20-25 billion into the country.
