You are correct. But major amendments need a 2/3rd majority like what happened incase of removing Article 370. Maybe to implement a country-wide UCC 2/3rd majority will be needed. Actually, because of the election in 2024, the BJP government is waiting for the implementation of UCC. Once the election is over and the results are out. UCC will be implemented soon like what happened in the case of Article 370 in 2019. @@msdadsfsx

DMK distributing cash to voters prior to election, moreover DMK had strong alliance which cover all caste politicians and secular parties, so DMK core vote+ full minority and partial Hindus vote consolidated by DMK alliance.
