I don't think it will have any problem, go ahead with your plan , no need to re-apply for a visa.

Yes Universal adapter works but not the normal one.
If I select approximate date as 15 July and I travel to Uzbekistan on 17th, will there be any issue ? As visa is for 30days, I mean to ask can we travel any dates within the duration of visa?
