If i book India to Singapore round trip And Singapore to Philippine round trip With 6-8 hours layover in singapore Do i need to clear immigration in singapore and from india what should I say to immigration officer travelling to Singapore or Phillipines. I have multiple entry visa of 2 years

Yes you need to clear your immigration as your luggage will go outside from airport. Then if you don't have SG arrival card they won't let you enter SG. Plus if you don't have valid documents SG will fine you min 5000 SGD and deport you to India.

SG is call fine country for a reason. So please be careful and don't try something unusual.

Philippines is not a rich country and there is a lot of poverty. Also When I look at the videos of Indian Filipino couple. Most of the Indians are better off than Filipinos so why Indian men go for such women. They will never marry a woman of the same status in India. Also Philippines govt treats Indians differently or I’m misunderstanding this.
