Hi Parth, Do we have to get a electrical converter (for wall socket) or will the hotel provide one for charging phones?

Some hotels have the normal universal plugs, but some of them will not. And you will need one in Canada too, so better to carry atleast two universal adapters while you travel.

Can u move out of hotel room during 10 day quarantine. I mean planning to go to US after 14 day quarantine in doha

You cannot move out of hotel room. Once you etheraz app indicates green, then you can go anywhere.
