Chennai kolkata mumbai etc all have lots of local trains. Which bihar don't have. Need to introduce lots of local trains in up bihar lines to clear the problem

correction - Its not Mysore Vijayawada VB, its MAS-BZA VB which starts at 05.30 at MAS and route is via AJJ - RU - GDR. And it will not overtake GR because the arrival of VB is after GR exp
