Kochi water metro is not a 50:50 joint ventures. It is a 75% kerala government and 25% KMRL project.

@@renjup.r6210only central govt can build K rail like infrastructure in Kerala. The state is bankrupt. Even cannot extend water metro in Kollam city as no sufficient fund is there.

@@renjup.r6210 they can build infrastructure projects because they have money. In my Kollam, they are building a huge modern railway station meanwhile Muskesh's ksrtc bus stand is in shambles.

THANKS to German govt. Project executed and loan provided by German Govt. , Technology from German company and built in Kochi. owner KMRL is 50:50 joint venture state and central. land provided by the state

The Kochi Water Metro service is fully funded by the Kerala government and KfW, a German funding agency

Kochi water metro is not a 50:50 joint ventures. It is a 75% kerala government and 25% KMRL project.
