Palm oil se cancer hota to poori duniya ab tak mar chuki hoti, palm oil is on same level as Sunflower oil or soya bean oil, actually its better because it doesn't has any trans fat. The real problem with palm oil is deforestation, palm plantation require huge land and for that farmers clear out forest land.
