I just spent 4 weeks in Thailand. Wonderful. It's amazing how different tropical countries can be in terms of hygiene or style..

I can't imagine people go in there to wash themselves, a river full of corpses, raw sewage, rubbish. The shear mentality of it is kind of scary. If the river is holy, why treat the water in such an unholy way.

I found this city to be oppressive and depressing, and was very relieved when I left. Kathmandu was like a breath of fresh air after Varanasi.

I can't imagine people are living in Varanasi city. The river are full of garbage and the water is so dirty 🤮🤮🤧 Where is the cleanliness ?

Asia is way more than that, There's islam in West Asia, confusius and shinto in East Asia, Buddhists in Southeast Asia and Hinduism in South Asia. each Asian region has their own religion and languages which is very unique and different from any other place in the world

I can’t be the only one who noticed how clean, organized, and quiet the Buddhist temple is compared to the rest of the city? I’m experiencing sensory overload just watching this video. Massive crowd everywhere, excessive honking, piles of trash, yucky puddles, various types of smell and loud noises. 😳

I don't think you understand, Sarnath (where Buddha gave his first sermon) is a world unesco heritage site. It is more like a museum/ruins and hence it is organized and clean.

Nas regiões ribeirinhas do Amazonas, no Pará, nordeste e mesmo nas regiões mais empobrecidas do sul e sudeste vemos situações tão ou ainda mais caóticas. Não é preciso ir tão longe, a pobreza e a miséria é conhecida por muitos e muitos brasileiros.

Here in India people think that it’s the responsibility of government. They won’t feel it as social responsibility.we should feel thankful to them if they won’t through garbage (groundnut peels,gutkha packets,spitting pan) around them by sitting idle.
