Delmus Dugan ......I think that makes two of US....even tho not sure he my favorite all-time still....he definitely the one I have the most admiration for, as was it was seeing him skate; circa Powell ragdoll era, that instilled a positive image of a black male skater, and that we could be Rad too!!!
