15th of 67. Lost to Shane in a well built E Street Miata by 1.6s today. It was a slightly longer course and a little closer than last time. Just trying to pickup some improvements every event. The MR2 is fairly well setup to the limit of E street, so its all driver at this point.

that 68 was a great run! very smooth and calm. just carrying speed everywhere. you're definitely getting better. keep it in 2nd next time instead of going to 3rd, though. I assume that and the car placement that followed was worth about .3s or so? I tend to look for two things to both exist in order to justify a shift to 3rd: around 2-3 seconds of constant rev limiter, and I also make sure my next corner entry won't be easily compromised if I make a minor mistake.

I didn't get red flagged, someone else got red flagged and we all have to stop.
