This was exciting to watch! Big storm by British standards. You probably got ~1 inch of rain from that? I live in Florida and we frequently get rain like this during the tropical season, along with powerful fork lightning strikes. Never gets old lol

We had similar weather in Wolverhampton West Midlands we had incredible lightning and big rumbles of thunder and hail and torrential rain flooded my road ours started about 7 o'clock last night end around 9:30 but still rumbles in the distanace as.it clears best storm in a while 😊⛈️⚡

We had the same similar weather in Leicester aswell

That was a corker storm boy how long did that last it looked at one bit it was clearing up great video though

It lasted for at least an hour,the storm started just before 3pm and it stopped raining shortly after 4pm. The reason why the storm lasted so long, was due to the lack of wind blowing it across.

Thank you for texing me back where i live in rotherham we have been very lucky been on the edge of them most days distant thunder and a bit of rain next week it hots up not sure if any more storms though for next week

Unfortunately most of the vids of storms in Florida are with rain. The best vids of storms are without rain, altho they're much more dangerous to be out in them
