Aww, that’s so cool!! Glad you are able to pick up some inspiration. My husband and I always talk about opening an antique booth, one of these days when the house is full and I just can’t stop collecting it’ll happen. 😆❤️

I have the same candle holders and bowl. I put some beautiful soaps stacked on it for the bathroom. I've also rolled up some small hand towels and set them in there.

I’m so happy that I found ur channel a few months ago since I have similar style decor…I am 51 and people have questioned why I’ve always loved what they call Grandma style. I can’t explain it but, I have a love for fancy antique stuff because it’s beautiful and knowing it has a history behind it. I personally don’t want to walk into my home knowing that everything is from an chain store

I have a shelf like your silver one but mine is dark green. I turned it upside down and use it as a shelf sitter! So pretty!

Just think of the spider as helping you add that creep factor 😉

Your crystal bowl on stand is called An epergne It may be used to hold any type of food or dessert. It may also be used as a designer object to hold candles, flowers or ornaments for a holiday. In traditional use, an epergne is a fancy way to display side dishes, fruit, or sweetmeats; it can be used for chips, dips, or other finger foods. Reset maybe 1960s I do not think it is full marble I think it’s real marble it possibly could be from the 1800s but they made Reproductions 1960s it is classic European decor… Most of the 1960s versions were made in Italy….

I love the crystal candelabras and bowl . We have an auction house near me and I have found some great finds. Old Suitcases, silverware , candelabras I love how you decorate. I'm not a big brass fan . I have a few pieces I put out in the fall. You have given me so many ideas. We love Halloween too

Love your thrifted items, I have a bit of the gaudy creepy vibe myself so I'm glad you don't live near me or there would be nothing left.😆I think the brass candles/bowl set was for a sideboard. Love your styling.

Funny how you shopped at a VMD , I use to own and started the one in Wichita Ks and I use to always make sure there was lots of true vintage vendors! Love your findings ! Sorry about your momma ,I recently lost mine also and I know it is hard ! Hugs 🤗

The shallow bowl would be super with some vintage Christmas ballad with beads hanging down for the holidays.

The crystal bowl and candle holders were designed for the dining table. They're called "console sets"

The lady in the small green frame reminded me of the pigeon lady in Home Alone 😊 in a cute way tho New subbie, this video was suggested by KZread - for the glass brass plate I would find a cloche and set right on top

The pedestal bowl would be cool with different sized battery pillar candles and a tall cloche over it.

Take the glass plate off the brass crystal holder thing, and put a small flat round on it the hold a chunky candle on it.

Have you tried putting a cloche on top of the bowl? Could bring some height to it to balance out the heavy (but beautiful) base. Also for Halloween!!! You could put an amazing display in it. Moss skull combo or a creepy portrait with some weeping willow sticks ….. IDK I haven’t had my coffee yet but you see what I’m trying to say. Lol. Also I just found you and you have such a wonderful sense of style and I appreciate it since I have been leaning towards this type of style! Thank you!!!

Someone mentioned a cloche on it in another comment and I LOVE that idea so I tried it with the one I already have but the scale was off so I need to find one that’s shorter and wider, I’m on the lookout! I think it’s a wonderful idea as I agree it will balance it out a bit! So funny you say that, I did just that with moss and a skull in my Halloween decorate video from last year, great minds think alike! 😏❤️

Hi! New subscriber here…love your style! I agree with the “…farmhouse” comment below and would add Dollar Store and Hobby Lobby. Don’t mean to be snarky, it’s just been hard to find Channels like yours to watch. Anyway, I have a bowl with Crystal and brass stand like yours…I added some of the old croquet balls I have….a cream, black and dark green one. There’s one that’s basically worn out wood stain with very light colored cream polka dots. It looks neat in my opinion, but I love putting odd objects together. 🙃

There’s definitely a trend that dominates the YT decor world, it’s been tricky for YT to place me in front of the right people but here you are! 🙌 I love your “odd pairing” with the croquet balls, sounds like the perfect blend of masculine and feminine which I looove! A vintage croquet set has been on my thrift list actually, I just haven’t found one that my cheap ass thinks is a good enough deal yet. 😆

@@KrystaMeeker Yes, they weren't exactly like those, they were brass with the white base...they had like a basket with flowers in it or something stamped into the brass and they had the hanging crystals. I would have loved to have had them but I wasn't paying that much.

I don't do other people portraits, always feel uneasy about it. If I buy a frame that I like, I dispose the picture at the store, I donate the picture back to them 😊. the candle holders with crystals are STUNNING! I have a similar swe minus the compote about 20 yeas ago for 2.00

The elevated bowl - you can put muffins, rolls, fruit, brownies, croissants, etc. on a side board or table. Or use the elevated bowl for K-cups, etc for your Keurig. Pillar candles would also be nice.

Pinewoods is great to get off cigarette smoke. I always wash my parents walls and furniture with it. It worked pretty well

Your black frame with the gold corner brackets are probably from the 1800’s. I have several family pictures from early 1800’s in frames like yours.
