I love the way Dr. Pol and Charles are together as father and son. Charles ‘ face lights up when he is with his dad. And Dr. Pol ‘s face lights up when he is with his son. They share such a special bond. It’s just great when Charles is working with his dad and hustling around taking orders . That’s a bonded pair!

They grow old together I wish my wife could be there for me but now she's dead just me and my daughter 😢

I agree with the idea of kids having animals to look after makes them better adults. Both my girls first job was at a pet store, They were the only staff who talked to the animals.

I watch the show every time it's on. I would do anything to be part of his family. Dale Lenhart is my favorite customer of Dr Pols. I loved your story of growing up. My grandparents were from the Netherlands (The Hague) as well . My grandfather's last name was TWILT and he was awarded an order of recognition for assisting Jews to get out during WW II. They came to Canada in 1952 and settled in Alberta. My grandfather was a boilermaker by trade. Thanks for sharing your story.
