What i do appreciate is that your putting Northern Ireland on the map for it's food which has always been underrated. It's a fantastic country full of passionate chefs

That type of broth is called tonkotsu broth so you know what to order at the next ramen place.

The difference being that in Northern Ireland you have pockets of small minded people who don't realise how irish they are and don't understand that they can be loyal to the crown and be irish, just like the Scottish and the Welsh and the English. It's utter nonsense, northern Ireland is a part of Ireland. Ireland is not a political entity, the Republic of Ireland is. Ireland is a geographical location. Northern Ireland is in Ireland just as the Republic of Ireland is in Ireland. So yes, he's in Ireland 😉
