The more i look at the Jayco NPs the more i like them.

I find it absolutely hilarious for the fact I drove by one of these at a dealer not even two days ago. I thought, hmm, I would love to see BTBRV do a review of this, curious what's inside. Well sure enough, here it is!

@@utterbullspit most places prefer that you set up an appointment to come and view their inventory. Some places require it especially when looking at high-end models such as this.

That drawer is an island extension. There is a piece that goes into it to extend the island. Very nice!

I've often wondered why I never saw a rear slide. I know it doesn't make sense for every floor plan, but it's nice to finally see a use for one.

I do like the idea of this floor plan. I do think if you have that much sleeping space only 2 seats in the living room seems like not enough. I do like this better than the similar Montana that has a rear slide.

Love the floorplan! Great for large families, especially the extra 1/2 bath! The main bath is beautiful! Lovely finishes and love the large shower! Overall beautiful unit!

JD My husband and I love your videos. We recently bought a Jayco Eagle 317RLOK-2020- In our floor plan the -5 gallon water Jug fits under the sink in the island. Jayco also gave us the garbage can that fits right next to it. I just wanted to tell you that jug is connected to a pump- that jug supplies water to residential fridge- with ice and water in the door. Also it supplies water to a small faucet which is right next to the regular faucet . We really enjoy all your videos. We look forward to seeing your future videos. GREAT JOB!

I’ve always wondered why they wouldn’t utilize a rear slide. However, I would put a north/south facing bed in the slide. Especially in a smaller RV, 20-25 feet. That would really open up the bedroom.

Great question. Biggest issue with a rear slide is the weight and leverage it puts on the relatively narrow rear wall that could lead to separation from the super structure. Not sure how Jayco addressed this with the North Point.

Sink in centre is better for doing dishes; I prefer it. Gorgeous main bath. Love the storage and definitely agree with towel holder idea.

I believe that 5gal jug is for the Ice Maker to draw water off of vs your holding tank which presents several issues.

I really, really, really wish the manufacturers started offering more units with actual offices. I detested tearing up my new Open Range to make the bunkhouse into an office. All they had to do was leave one of the sofas out of it. Instead I have a sofa in my storage unit.

We sold our extra sofa for $250 on FB marketplace. We knew we wouldn’t need it again and that we will have our FW for long enough that it won’t make a difference in the re-sell.

I’ve been looking around for a unit that has a space for an office as well. If they’d leave a mid bunk empty it’d work fairly decent, however if you work year round remotely I was thinking you could transform a toy hauler to have an office with a bathroom back there as well. My kids are grown, just me and the GF!!

I don't yet own an RV but am planning to buy one at some point in my future and go full-time RVer, while still working (already working from home these past 18 years). I will likely also have a non-spousal companion traveling with me, so 2 bedrooms are a must, tho we could share office and bath space if necessary. So far I've come down to toy-haulers, but this floor plan presents a lot of interesting ideas as well. Thanks for the walk-thru!

If you have a large, active, outdoor- loving family that doesn't sit around in a living room all day but is outside actually camping- this camper is for me/you! The kids go play- outside where they should be. Mom and dad can have the comfy recliners on holidays...

Love it! Works good to go to dog shows in. It has so many plusses...no carpeting, washer dryer hook-ups, contrasting colors, double doors between bunks and main rooms. Wish it had booth with storage underneath instead of table/chairs. Best floor plan I've seen yet.

LOL... They've outdone themselves. I think I have apartment envy... LOL.

I like this a lot, except I need my bedside tables, I'd settle for a queen bed if I get my bedside tables with plug ins & phone chargers, plus room to get out of the bed. Otherwise, this would be great for our family. I'd like to see it with the slides in.

What's nice about the rear slide is if you don't have extra people it doesn't have to be out. The bathroom is fantastic.

Yup, especially if you used it as an office and didn't need access to the wardrobe in there, you could still use this in campgrounds with 40' limits and still more or less still use your office.

I’ve always wondered why there aren’t more units with a rear slide, it makes perfect sense to me! I’ve been looking to buy a Grand Design Reflection 30BH but they only made them for a couple years so they’re hard to find!

Now, I agree, this has a nice layout. It is literally 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms, and a sleeping loft! The living room is tiny, but that is the tradeoff for the extra bedroom and 1/2 bath. Nice unit.

I would love this floorplan with a garage instead of the rear loft & bedroom.

I did a search on this model after watching this video. There appears to be a butcher block panel that fits on top of that island end drawer to greatly extend the island. It also has a flip top dresser in the front bedroom.

I like this floor plan. I live full-time in my 320 sq foot 5th wheel, this unit makes mine look small. Gorgeous unit.

Amen!!! Towel bars in the bathrooms!!! Toilet paper holders...?? Rarely do I see those. Bathrobe hooks? Hooks / closets inside the main door. Drying rack? Or at least a shoe mat. We're camping, it's rained all week.

The rear slide is a cool idea but with sleeping space for so many and a living area with seating for only two people is dumb.

Would make a decent private area when the kids drive someone nuts, or to get some work done away from the action... Really only a necessity for an active family or road dwellers.

You need a light for your camera. Couldn't really see anything in the loft or bathroom detail or the main closet.

Like the rear bunkhouse for an office. Loft good place for storage and cat litter boxes & hideout. Stairs look awfully narrow for me though.

9:00 that cutout in the drawer is so it has room for the sink when it is closed

I think they should invent an expandable slide that turns into two bedrooms on top of each other with nothing but a mattress in each room that slides out of the storage space underneath and becomes another room beside the camper so it only takes up as much room as like two mattresses plus a couple of inches when stored

Home sweet Home... Sooo in love with this one.

JD when you pulled that drawer out on the end of the counter I think it could be used for a trashcan so if you’re chopping potatoes or prepping a meal you can easily slide the scraps into the trash. Just a thought

Looks like the cutting board on the sink can fit that opening on the end slide-out drawer for a full prep station. That cut-out portion allows the drawer to close around the sink.

Stellar set up. I really like the flat floor design & the MASSIVE storage undercarriage. My only beef is the king bed. I much prefer a Queen.

Thats a beautiful rig, Jayco makes some great campers. Was a bit surprised the tires are almost touching the axles are so tight to eachother. I know on a 5r it doesn't probably matter as much.

"You have a 2 in receiver..." That is *very* limited in what it can do thanks to that slide. Fortunately, not a big deal, because those are generally limited to light things like cargo racks anyway. . It's a shame the loft isn't 4-6in taller, but for kids, it's probably fine. All in all, I love the floor plan. It pretty much has everything one could want in terms of features; washer/dryer hookups, the ability for more than 1 person to use the bathroom, room for kids, full-featured kitchen. . The only complaint I could have is a lack of sink for the outdoor kitchen, but a sprayer or something could be added to resolve that problem

I live rear slides and really wish more manufacturers would use them... just my preference

Easy panel...I had to change my black water valve cable last week due to the handle being froze up and not opening. Oh boy was that fun to get in there to do that on a 377 northpoint.

You really need to check out the Sabre 37FLL! The loft and rear drop frame is awesome. I wasn't in the market for a 5th. Wheel but saw the 37FLL and bought it.

I knew I had seen a rear slide fifth wheel before. Heartland had one and reflection . Also keystone had a fifth wheel that the front cap was a slide for the north south bed .

This is the 1st RV That i would buy I would make the bunk house a office area, just the right size love it

Probably the draw is like that so they could use longer drawer guides for more support, the cutout goes around the sink bowl

King size bed, without any space for a CPAP unit. 5 of our friends bought RV’s with nightstands for CPAP units.

That back slide out area reminds me a little of a European Bunk Car on a train.

i literally saw that one last weekend in person.

OK, the drinking water jug set up is COOL, never seen this before. My old '94 Tioga has the separate drinking water spigot but connected to the main fresh tank. I take bottled water for even the coffee as park water can be not what you are used to... So, now ya got me thinking.....a small dedicated pump, a little electrical and some rerouting of water lines...and my drinking water spigot becomes useful again! But do I have the clearance for a 5 gal below the sink......jig saw time!!!! Damn glad I watched this one!

Studio DaVeed Consider putting in a reverse osmosis water system. Probably take about as much room as a five gallons jug. Then you can get good water for drinking and coffee without having to haul around a big jug. Wouldn't need an extra pump, etc. I have purchased several RO systems on eBay over the years for around $100.

Nice. The loft is cool. Love the steps. Pretty kitchen. I think that drawer in the island holds the sink covers? However, having to walk through the half bath to get to the bunkroom is a deal breaker for me. Really awkward! Suppose you are in the bunkhouse, and someone is using the restroom. You're trapped. Also, only two chairs in the livin room.

There is a cutting board “leaf” (at least that is what it resembles) that snaps down in that space when it is pulled out. We have a 2021 NP 377RLBH that we purchased from that same Ron Hoover dealership. It has the same island with the cutting board extension. It has a bag and stows below the bed. Gives the island a lot more room. We have ours in place all the time.

I love the island it would allow for kids to help and eat at it... I’m really loving this new set up but I’m a huge sucker for the forward kitchen units. This is a close second though!

I'd take out the fireplace and add another 2 person couch for more seating with storage above as well

The open pit drawers are for trash bin drop access for cutting fruits and vegetables then sliding them off the island into the trash.

"STAIRS" for loft...YAY! Need to see more of this rather than those very badly made ladders....LOL These steps are pretty unique to. Like them but not sure my pups will. Will have to test them. Those tiles in bathroom shower have been coming loose when staying in overly warm areas. I saw another video where adding some type of wall screws in each one helped keep them in place. They are noticeable inside the shower, but how it was done was not tacky at all. Looked decorative. Not sure if this is a wall insulation thickness problem or what. And I'm pretty sure the cutting board in the kitchen sink fits into that missing section of the slide out counter top, that our narrator was curious about.

Beautifully laid out 5th wheel. Love the stairs to the loft and the rear slide is genius. I'm going to assume this unit has G rated tires. I don't think you said. Thanks JD!
