I am very surprised at the affordable price for such a character filled property. The upgrades and cosmetic changes needed are really minimal overall. It's spacious enough to live in comfortably and tackle projects as time and money allows. I especially like the entry area and the entire landscaping on all sides. Beautiful listing for a lucky family!
You don’t paint a cedar closet it keeps clothes from being damaged from moths and other insects. The house is cool, I’m thinking a transplant from up north who lived there. A lot of good bones.

I love this home. The master closet is a cedar wood closet. It is not a cabin look. You don't stain cedar closets. Bugs don't like it.

No way! This house is absolutely garbage and unless you are happy with the outdated 70’s style home, you will be spending about 300,000 just on renovations and about $10,000-$15,000 just cleaning up the overgrown landscaping and making it look decent. However, you do a good job finessing.
