Secondly, I came across your channel through the interview you had with BigNik, and it’s great to see how you and your wife put Jesus Christ first in everything, that’s awesome and all the thanks and glory goes to Jesus Christ! Just got a quick question, me and my mom were watching your videos, and we recently purchased a home, so we asked many people this question, but I feel that your an honest person who will be straightforward. Why are the showers so small and cramped in these new construction houses? Me and my family we are fans of showers that are curbless and opened not closed in.

You didn't miss anything. The laundry room is the door behind the fireplace, and the rest of the area is normally the garage. It's being used as office space for the sales staff.

Interesting looking place... but you skipped the entire front of the house - the area behind the fireplace. What spaces/rooms were up front?

That's normally the garage, but this is a model home and the builder is using the area as a sales office.

Various changes need to be made to this floor plan, including placement of windows. Kitchen should be bigger. Couldn't find the information for the overall square footage for the house. Closets are too small.

I agree, kitchen and closets are too small. I would also want a larger master bedroom.

The castle model is quite striking, especially the interior. In a large metro area in California, it would have a price five times more than this. HOA fees can be deceptive. Generally, the higher the HOA fee, the more it covers. For a low fee, you may not get much service, mostly just for the common areas.

That fridge is waaaaay to close to the island counter. They gotta fix that

Nice home, but why the heck do these uniformed builders continue to build expensive homes without the proper yard. This is not built for people wanting a smaller yard, this is built to increase revenue. Texas or people moving here, want space. Who spend 700k and wants their neighbors staring at them. You can even go in the backyards without all the Karen’s peeping over the walls

Keep it up. What ull really be deserving u might not like
