I'm with you Tim, on the bath situation, I don't like it either. i lived by Overland in the early 90's, it was a nice neighborhood. I Really love this floor plan. The hall closest, hall tree, powder room, garage door, laundry room, plus the main bedroom all by each other. This is a beautiful home, that main bedroom is beautiful, I don't mind the location of it. I love the pantry, plenty of storage. That closet in that bedroom upstairs is massive. Tfs

I said the same thing. To be in the middle of nowhere in tornado alley with no basement. That will be a hard pass.

The house and layout are fantastic but man does that whole master bedroom wing fall flat.

Kansas has weather by Sybil. Winters can get 10 below, summers 110! Spring and fall are crazy, with tornadoes or ice storms. When the weather is calm, it is a perfect representation of the season. Thanks for another great tour. I like it when you are a little crazy. I would definitely enjoy that pantry and the ability to squirrel away supplies to the rafters.

Beautiful house. Loved the color and cozyness of the home. The storage is to die for. I like being able to get to the laundry room and a hallway. Only thing I'd switch the kitchen and dining room. I might have a little bit smaller kitchen, but I love the dining room being part of the living room. Also this way the dining room isn't kinda hidden or like an after thought like it appears in the video. I like all the windows and the basement too.

Great layout, very nice house. The major thing I would change would be the big windows in master bathroom. It's a private room and facing another house, put in the smaller windows at the top of the wall to still bring in the light. Also Tim, I need to know why you don't like the garage door near the master bedroom?

Nice home, but what's with the clear glass on the door between the primary bedroom and the patio? I do like the self contained bedroom suite, you're right it feels cozy. The pantry is a big thumbs up. Do you usually post the bedroom dimensions, i missed them and the floor plan's printing is too small for me to read. Thanks for the tour and have a great day. I feel the same way about bathing. I love soaking in a tub, but always take a shower when I’m done.

What you can bath like they do in Japan. You shower first to wash off all the day's grime then soak in the tub.

This home has Modern Farmhouse colors with a City Style from the exterior. It's a very interesting look! I don't love the interior of the windows being black it gives a commercial/storefront vibe to me. Thanks for the videos Timothy!

In order for a plan to be more nearly perfect, a laundry room should be positioned at the exterior of a home. Maximizes the efficiency of the dryer.

Yes alot of Kansas homes are like this. I hate them. But i guess thats kc for ya. I went to one on the tour and saw one that the floor plan was different and it was so nice. Inspired homes. Is one of my favorites. Along with Pcdi homes. As well. So with inspired homes one of their floor plans has the stairs in the back of the house anyone else like that? I Love that cause its not the first thing you see when you walk in.

It’s different and I like different because of the style of it. The only thing I don’t care for any carpet, that’s just me. But overall I really love it…

I absolutely really love the layout and the exterior of it. I like the idea of the master bedroom being separated from the rest of the house. I have some ideas for the basement.

Baths for adults are all about Relaxation! If I was out working in the yard, I would take a shower after, not a bath. 😉

LOL. What I have thought about baths since I was 10.

Based on the number of bedrooms vs the size of the living and dining rooms this home is designed for a family that plans to never eat or spend any time together and friends are definitely not welcome.

There is a crash coming. These prices are absolutely ridiculous. Whos paying for these homes nevermind the banks that are taking a risk on people that really cant afford these homes. No matter how you slice it something is going to break.

These developers are just making up numbers and some fool will buy the home thats the problem

A lot of beautiful homes, but the cupboards, microwave, etc. are always so high up. I am only 4'91/2". It can be a hassel to always have to get a foot stool or ladder to be able to reach what you want or need🫤
