    I practiced forgiveness for more than a year, and continue to do so. But my point is that I've tried telling people how much your inner life will improve by letting things go but I often receive a lot of push back. Last year I had a quick but very memorable dream, a huge boulder sat in front of me with a line engraved through the center. On the top portion was " forgiveness" in the bottom portion was "chosen"

    Thank you so much Forrest 💕 I will try this technique! I go outside in the morning before the sunrise in my bare feet and do Hakula. At least until winter and my feet do not want snow. This summer I saw a shooting star on 2 occasions while practicing Hakula. I put the memory into my heart. It felt very special. Thank you for the positive encouragement!

    I did this sitting outside while watching him. He has helped me a lot as I learned some if this through a different path. I was / am possibly doing tomasic things. Forest has helped me find some bliss. I didn't have pain but more confusion before this channel.

    @HMALDANA very much so he describes things so well too. I had found things close but he described the magnetic feeling I was having for a period so well. Also things he said about bring that feeling in and other ways to experience it brought good feelings!

    You can do Morning Pages or Journaling like Julia Cameron, or reading Seneca and Epictetus the Stoic way to get away from negativity, or practice the 9 purification breath of Tibetan Buddhism.

    Great video! also, indirectly looking at the sun or the clouds covering the sun on a cloudy morning has immense measurable effects on alertness during the day and sleep that night, very practical and enlightening video!

    Hey Forrest, hope you're doing well! And thank you for the content. It's much appreciated and has proven invaluable. So I've been researching on what I would do to go train as a Buddhist monk. Now it doesn't necessarily have to be Buddhism. And it's not something I'm looking to join a religion. I'm more along the lines looking to study a religion. And at the same time advance my skill set, if you want to call it that. I remember telling you about some of the issues I was having, unfortunately I'm having all those issues still. Still. And some things have gotten worse but 90% of it has most definitely still been getting better. But I don't know how long I'm going to be saying. Oh it's getting better. I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty positive that it's my Kundalini energy and I really don't know what to do. I've been kind of letting it do its own thing and just asking that it doesn't do what it seems to want to as I have had no time for such a thing to take place in my life at the moment. But something needs to be done about this. And I really run into a block on finding any type of help. So I'm reaching out to you to ask where should I seek to do such a thing, and I'll let you know that I live in Florida in Port Charlotte that's in southwest Florida. Now. Now there's a lot of spirituals in the area so I'm I know there's a lot of yoga studios. So far in contacting them. I've kind of had mixed answers and I just don't know what I'm doing at all or what. I'm looking for it all. So any advice is going to be very appreciated. And I remember you mentioning that one of the yogis that you learned from actually required that you stay working in such things. That's something I absolutely want to and need to do. I think that's absolutely necessary to have true balance. Or the true balance in life that I seek. So please let me know what you think. Forest. Thank you and have a great rest of your day! 🙂

    U got any advice for people who have manifested sickness due to trauma,i have asthma and feel suffocated all the time and the unpleasant feeling is there when i try to do breathing exercises(obviously) and i just can't achieve HRV state,i just can't. I also can't feel that adorable feeling when imagining kittens.

    We are being tested , I accepted my current situation where I got diagnosed with lymphoma A year ago I was top notch practising yogi yet I didn’t see it coming I try do what I can do best now Not dwell on past, and trusting that’s a test for strong peaceful warrior to come as wounded healer for higher service Wish you health and keep doing your best !

    Hi Forrest. Regarding increasing chi or prana, is it possible to direct / increase prana to a certain part of the body or certain chakras affecting those parts? I have been struggling to heal from a large intestine issue from years and a key reason is there isn’t proper blood flow in the inflammated areas to allow healing. I think more blood / oxygen / prana on subtle level could do wonders. Please share your thoughts. Thank you
