Hello guys. With regards to my explanation about a woman with 28 days regular cycle taking clomid. When she starts taking clomid from cycle day 5, she is going to complete the last dose on cycle day 9 because the drug is taken for 5 days and not cycle day 10. Thank you❤️

Tubal ligation increases your chances of preventing pregnancy but it is not 100%. Some factors can still make you get pregnant with tubal ligation e.g failure of the procedure or how the tubes were sealed.

Check 5 days before your fertile window starts and start taking the drug.

I had a miscarriage, ttc for 3m and i cant get pregnant. I have my normal cycles and i track ovulation. What can i do? I have gained 10kg since the miscarriage due to depression. I am back on a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully God will bless me 🙏🏽

First of all, have you tried to find out the reason for the miscarriage? So it can be treated to prevent another occurence. Then ttc for 3 months? You don't have to worry yet. Just keep having regular unprotected intercourse.

Your cycle length is 28 days. But you need to monitor your cycle for few more months to determine if it is regular or irregular.

Thanks for watching and commenting ❤ 1. The goal of letrozole is to induce ovulation by increasing the levels of FSH and LH. So you do not need letrozole if you already have high levels of FSH and LH 2. Before you start your letrozole treatment with no period or missed period, you will be given progestin to get your period back first before commencing letrozole.

I didn't say clomid must be taken after your period. My emphasis is on the cycle length. It should be taken for 5 days before your fertile period begins, but for women with shorter cycle length, their 5 days before fertile window can fall in when they are still menstruating, and that is still fine. So it all depends on your cycle length.

Hi, an observation/mistake you made while explaining in this video. starting clomid on day 5 by a 28 days cycle individual, the last dose is on day 9. And the 5 days before the ovulation should be on day 9. Thanks.
