Do you have any advice what if we want to modify or add question in the form? Because once I published the form, I couldn't republished it after I've made any change in Suvey123 Connect

Thank you for this video, it provides really great information! I do have a few questions about the functionality of this workflow: 1. Would field workers be able to download the collector map as an offline area when using the join layer feature? If so, they would need to sync at the end of each workday to see the updated join layers? 2. What if field workers needed to add features to the collector map...for instance there was a culvert that wasn’t already on the map. Would it be possible to integrate adding new features into this workflow? Thanks!

Hey Piper! Thanks for the feedback: 1. Unfortunately, join layers do not work in offline maps. Due to limitations, join layers are not able to be downloaded and taken offline. If join layers are present in a web map, that web map will no longer be available to take offline. 2. It is definitely possible to add new features in Collector which would then be able to be integrated into this inspection workflow. To add new features in Collector, select the blue "+" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Collector application, and from there select the type of feature you want to add. You can manually adjust the placement of the feature in the map, and edit attributes on that specific feature after it's been added to the map. Once added, the feature's pop-up will include a hyperlink to the Survey123 form for inspections.

This is really helpful. :) Can I ask how the relationship got created? on the screenshot at 11:54 it looks like it is a feature service table.

The relationship class was created in ArcGIS Pro using a File Geodatabase Feature Class and Table. The table has a GUID field to relate to the GlobalID field in the parent Feature Class. Here is a helpful link: pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.9/tool-reference/data-management/create-relationship-class.htm
