Clinical Features:
A female patient came with the history of
- Spontaneous abortion
- Lower abdominal pain
- Pervaginal bleeding
Ultrasound Findings:
- Irregular mixed echogenic substances are noted within the uterine cavity.
- No definite fetal pole or sac is seen.
