Gross incompetence on the part of the AG Chambers in not filing the petition of appeal within time. Another umno bigwig has been let off on a technicality. The confidence in the AG Chambers has been badly shaken. The state of our legal system is in tatters. Something needs to be done urgently to arrest this deteriorating situation.

It's true Singh there could be possiblity of corruption involved. How could Malaysia advanced into developed nation when incompetence and corruption is always take place in government offices. I now begin to realize Anwar 'a ceramah talk of eradication of country's corruption this has never happened so are al those existing big cases just like what he has said swept under the carpet by previous government now became same to him. Never trust politician.

A DPP was acting for the Government and the Appeal was at the High Court; he rolls in a trolley with reams of photostat documents, to argue his point. It was more to intimidate the Respondent, that he was done for. (Earlier stage, the respondent was Discharged And Acquitted Without his Defence being called by the Learned Sessions Judge😅). The fact of the matter was that the DPP wanted to refer to a particular Section of the CPC (Criminal Procedure Code), and all he needed was to produce the Code and highlight the text. No Sir, he wanted to photostat the entire book🤭. The High Court Judge was not amused at the theatrical performance of the “Learned” DPP and his Lordship schooled the DPP right there and floored him😅. Tommy Thomas was on spot about the pathetic state of the competency level of the AGC.

What to expect from Mayau land Dr. Singh? These r incompetence DPPs , the production of lousy n sub-standard local public n private education , from primary to PhD. Hopeless land ..... See it's down fall in all aspects except corruption.....
