Been going crazy missing important calls then seeing a notification 10+ min later about a missed call...
DUDE i bow to you! My flip 4 suddenly started doing this two days ago and I wasn't able to answer calls or make calls where I needed to press numbers, your video helped me! I cleared the cache and restarted and it's Working!!! ❤❤
The allow notifications toggle is greyed out and I've cleared my cache. What else can I do?

@@scottvaldes70@scottvaldes70 So after much hunting, I found a way: Long-press the phone icon; when the popup comes up, click the 'i' and at the bottom right is 'Force Stop'. Do that and then restart.

Turn off the wifi when you want to make a call that should work

Several hundred dollars of phone and you have to jump through these hoops so it will do it's NAMED function? I've only had mine for a month.
Its really pathetic that samsung cant get the main purpose of a phone done correctly. The fact that this is a problem in the first place is just ridiculous. Makes sense why people prefer apple.
