the condition is applicable to single bank.. each bank needs to report separately .... if u have 2 credit card of Same bank then there is a issue

Thanks a lot for the video. It is really helpful. I’m having one query, it would be great if you help me in that. Let suppose someone debit 3 lac rs from credit card to wallet by paying some processing fee of 2-3% and spend that 3 lac rupees. Then next month during the time of due date he again withdraw 3 lac rs from credit card to wallet to bank and make the bill payment of that 3 Lac rupees bill. Suppose this continues for whole year. then his total debit amount will be 36 lac and his paid bill will be 33 Lac. So how will income tax be calculated?

Hi sir I also have same doubt. In my case, I'm taking a loan of 3 lakh from my friend and pay to credit card and then withdraw that amount to wallet and pay back to my friend. So It's a cycle for me. Do I have to pay any tax in this case ?

@@Startrootfintech I'm earning 15 lakh yearly. I'm doing this as I have invested 3 lakh which I withdraw from my credit card in a property. So during prepayment, I just have to borrow 3 lakh for a day or two from my friend and later I pay back to him. Everytime I withdraw, I pay a conveyance fee of 1.2 Percent. I'm happy to use those three lakh @1.2 percent per month. Will this be an issue?

ye unke liye jo log credit card se cash back or reward ke chakker mein transactions krte rehte.

Agar Koi student uska college ka 1 semester fees 1 lakh sai jyada hai wou agar credit card sai pay karta hai kya wou kar sakta hai or uska liya bhi kya Income tax mai dikkat hou sakti hai

if my friends uses my credit card for transection. and right away sends me money on digital mode, then is it logical justificantion in case i get a notice from income tax department? as i have proof of receiving money from him?

NO.. if r earnng any income or reward point then u have to show in your ITR if total yearly income exceeds Rs 2.5 lakhs.. if not shown then there migh be problem from income tax

Kuch property Liye hai.. but 90% fund bank se withdrawal Karke Bahar chote chote kamo me use hua jaise ki local stores aur aisi chije jaha pe rbi ya Indian government ko koi record nahi milta to Matlab 90% of our fund is still saved as per RBI??

There are no options in ITR where we can entered details related to credit cards transactions. I used credit cards amount in rotational mode like I withdraw amount of credit cards in wallets and then paid on due date. So such transactions have shown. My income information has already been shown in ITR hence credit cards balance is not my money it’s bank credits which I used.

if u file your incometax returns then no worries but if u dn't then there could be problem.. coz all transactions on credit are reported by bank to income tax

Bhai Mera payment bill 54000 hai minimum due 24000 hai or Maine galti se 40000 payment kar diya ab kya hoga

Agar hum credit card ka bill generat hone se phle bill pay kr de to bhi isa hoga

सैलरी से भी टैक्स दो। क्रेडिट कार्ड पर भी IGST दो। समान खरीदने पर SGST दो। पैट्रोल और शराब पर VAT भी दो । उसके बाद भी अगर नोटिस आया तो जवाब मै नही। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इन्कम टैक्स वाले या सरकार देगी।

अगर में मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल जनरेट होने से पहले ही भरदू तो क्या मुझे income Tax Notice आएगा ? 👇 मतलब की मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल हर महीने की 23 तारीख को जनरेट होता हैं तो में 20 तारीख को ही खर्च किए गए पैसे ऑनलाइन से भरदू तो 23 तारीख को बिल 0 Rupees जनरेट होगा तो इसी तरह में हर बार क्रेडिट कार्ड से खर्चा करू और बिल जनरेट होने से पहले ही सारा पेमेंट क्लियर रखू और इसलिए हर बार मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल 0 Rupees जनरेट होगा और इसी तरह 1 से 20 तारीख के गैप में जो Transection करू वो सभी Transection 10 लाख से ज्यादा हो जाए तो मेरे पास income Tax Notice आएगा क्या ?

Hi sir... Mera hdfc card ka limit 3.6L hai,aur maine lockdown mai yeah total amount use karli hai.. Ab every month kahin se jugad kar ke payment karta hai aur money return deta hun.. Kya mujhe bhi IT Returns karna padega, already mai Debt mai hun. Every month ultha 7-8k Charges lagte hai
