Hi, I am CA from Bangalore.2 queries. One client has turnover of 5 crore in 1st year of business, 95% plus in digital . Can I declare business loss. he has Capital gains from Property sale and also pension income. Is Tax audit applicable. 2. One more assessee has Options turnover of 1.72 crores and Options loss of 52 lakhs. Only dividend income, capital gains from shares other than this. Is tax audit applicable.

Sir if business profession me h 1500000 gross t/o and total turnover me sale of immovable property ka amount 5 cr. bhi add krna h kya to check tax audit limit...jo ki 10 cr. H as no cash income is less than 5%

Sir options trading ka turnover options selling amount se kam hai to konsa amount consider karna padega..at the point of turnover over limit Options sales 49lakhs Turnover 22lakh (calculated as absulate profit +sales in case of loss)as per guidelines
