Yes - weeds looking glorious. In fact, they are merely plants growing where people don't want them to grow. Here, they are doing their own thing - though there is intervention to keep the path clear. D

I think cow parsley is a spring flowering wild flower and would be finished now, smells aniseed like scent. More likely to be hemlock which is extremely poisonous. When leaves are crushed the smell is repellent. Could also be Daucus Carota wild carrot. Not toxic. Do be careful!

Good morning Dee, what a lovely walk. I'm so missing the British countryside now that I'm back in Italy. It's just so unbearably hot here at the moment: 29°C at 8 o'clock this morning😢 I appreciate that you really haven't had a summer but I slept so well when I was over there in June. A good night's sleep is so restorative. I'm stuck at home with the aircon today after a sleepless night. Thank you for your hard work❤

I love to do that along the Rivelin, near here. They used to have wheels for cutlery sharpening, and you can still see the ruins and mill ponds. Now all wild. Gorgeous ❤❤

Nice to see your canal walk. I totally agree with the mindful walking - I never take my phone when out with my little pooch Oscar - glad you did to film for us. ❤ I ordered Jasmine tea - it brought back happy memories of visiting my daughter when she lived in Chester - we used to frequent a wonderful Thai restaurant and the food was delicious but also we finished off our lunch with Jasmine tea - I've not thought of those visits in years. I ordered on the 28th June and the tracking hasn't updated from then - just wondered if that was usual or should I be concerned? Big love from Scotland ❤️
