Inclines are one of my favorite training aides Alisia Houghtaling! You are right, they help a lot with kick overs and also a lot of rolling skills:)

On amazon someone wrote this witch is helpful. They said that if you are 5 feet the medium mat would be the best size. If you are 4 feet the small or medium mat will be the best size for you to.

It really depends on your skill level, but we would recommend a large Incline for someone 5 feet or taller. However the Medium Incline would still work well for beginner skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, kickovers, etc. The small Incline would be too small for someone who is 4 feet or taller.

That is a great idea. We have the Bear Mats in two sizes but will work on putting a video together for it.

Im going to try to convince my mom to get me this once i start gymnastics again. I really want my back handspring soon and want to improve my front handspring. It's hard to get over the fear of doing a back handspring on the grass and when I do front handsprings it's hard to land on both feet. I was wondering which size should I get? I'm 5'0. Our smallest mat may be too small. It works best for beginner athletes working on forward and backward rolls. Our Medium or large incline would fit better since it is longer and you will be able to use them as you get older and grow more.

I need more gym equipment

It depends more on size rather than age. Most 12 year olds would be fine on the medium though.

We don't have much money, and I live in a tiny 2 bedroom house, so I have no room for gym equipment :( we have to keep my panel mat outside because there is no where inside for it to go.

That is great to hear you almost did it Gracie the Watermelon! That is a difficult skill to do correctly so you must be pretty talented. Keep working hard on them and don't forget to do some conditioning to get stronger so that the skill becomes easier;)

A lot of times when you are landing on your knees it is because you are throwing your head back and arching once you get upside down. Keep you chin ducked down by your chest and round your back. This will put your body alignment in a better shape so that you can land on your fee Gracie the Watermelon. Hope that helps:)

+Gymnastics 15 Our inclines are perfect for back handspring step outs! I would suggest the medium or large though for more length and width for harder skills such as a back handspring.

It is more how tall you are and skills. I am diffrent height on each leg and sence I can never do anything requiring pancakehands with metal plate in wrist I am working on basic adaptive gymnastics skills and already have floor mat so opted for mini ramp it will help me get use to going over on forward rolls. I can get all the way over on backwards roll just working on landing on feet as opposed to knees.
