Thank you so much!! I wish I had time to bike the flume trail before I put this out but hopefully I will soon!

My wife and I visited Inclined Burgers last year during our trip to Tahoe, one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Definitely going to visit them again when we go back this spring. Definitely recommend!

I'm planning a trip to Tahoe, and your videos are AWESOME. So much better than websites with just lists of things to do. Your gorgeous footage really helps me get a sense for what the area is like. You should do this around the world. Seriously.

As long as you stick to the coves it’s not that bad you get used to it especially when it’s hot out!!!

Yes I did it this past May! I included it in another video, but I felt like it was at kind of a hard angle to see the whole thing at once...I want to get to lake aloha this year ,that is something I haven't done!

Is there a lakeside running trail in Incline? I’m heading up tomorrow to work but afterwards like to take a run. 5-10 miles maybe? Nice vid! Very professional.

You can run on the east shore bike trail and there are dirt trails along the water on the east shore as well!

Thanks for this. We are staying at the Franciscan in a couple of weeks. Question: If you rent a bike and ride to Hidden Beach (and beyond) can you easily take your bike down the trail to the beach?? I just don't want to leave it unattended unless locks come with the bikes. TY.

There are spots to lock up your bike along the bike trail and hidden beach is very close to the trail so you can walk it down too ….I think there are stairs though

@@GabriellaViola I saw on a weather satellite image there were some a couple of weeks ago in the Sierras so sounds like they missed you to the South. In the Summer, when the warm air rises up the slopes it cools and creates the thunder and lightning storms.

I used a company called Clearly Tahoe, the bonsai rock tour, they have a price list on their site ✌️

I lived there, and built many custom homes there in the 90's. How could you leave out T's Mesquite Rotisserie? That place is legendary. Is the south end of Hidden Beach still clothing optional?

I dont think ive been there yet! and i havent seen anyone without a swim suit at hidden beach...more a little south at secret cove

We are looking for a place to stay in Lake Tahoe area. Lots of Places have heating but many don’t have AC. How is the daytime temp in August? Like, is AC necessary? We are used to the southern heat and can’t do without AC in Texas. How is Lake Tahoe?

It's always nice to have AC...but its not a must like in Florida. My apt doesn't have AC and I am just fine without it. Most of the hotels I have stayed in in Lake Tahoe have AC, unless it's a rustic cabin.

You don't need AC out here. Just open the windows at night and close them when the sun starts shining in the house.

I lived in Incline Village for several years and never needed air conditioning. Oh, there are a few days in July or August where it might be nice, but it always cools off at night, usually into the 40s or low 50s. Even on the hottest of days (high 80s) there is absolutely no humidity so it's really pretty comfortable. I'll be moving back up soon and AC is not a priority when looking for a house. Don't worry...it ain't at all like the South! You'll love the weather.

Ahhh I'm Vegan thanks for posting about it. Do they have more vegan options.

As far as burgers im not sure but there impossible is one of the best ive had! I think there is all a place called Sage in Incline that has good Vegan options!

Oh they do …I don’t fish, but there are people who fish, especially on the smaller surrounding lakes and rivers

Fishing in Lake Tahoe isn't great, although you can go trawling by boat for a couple of types of salmon or bass that live at lower depths. I've done it several times with only limited success. For most other fishing (mostly various species of trout) your best bet is some of the smaller surrounding lakes and streams.

@@CaryPH yes that's mostly where I see people fishing! and the only fish I've seen in tahoe are those very small ones in the shallow areas, they almost look like tad poles..i don't know what they are called

Impossible burgers are not real food. They are toxic processed non-food. Great video otherwise.
