    I'm redoing my backyard, so I'm obsessed with backyards. I estimate as is that backyard is 40k to 60k, or is it more? Rewatched for that den. Woooo, the picture wall is wild. Love it.

    i toured cesena twice now. i really WANT to like it, but with 30% upgrades and $100k lot premium....it just doesnt seem to do it?? what do you think?

    what kitchen option is this? standard or gourmet? Can you confirm 100% this model has the 2ft extension for the rear of the house? They didnt have it in the Cesena

    That's insane for a million dollars. That's what it cost. I'd much rather buy a land and build my own house. Not a bad design. But I would never pay a million dollars for that.
