Incheon Airport to Myeongdong (Seoul) via AREX | Life with the Mirandas

Seoul, South Korea is our first family vacation outside Qatar and Philippines.
Going on a vacation with a toddler is harder than we expected, but I am grateful that Miggy and I were able to make it memorable and joyful somehow. Also, we did not expect Sky to be sooooo easy to handle throughout the whole trip. She was amazed by everything! From simply riding the plane and trains, to seeing plenty of people, and trying out things for the first time!
10 years ago, it was only Miggy and I who travel to places and now, we are doing it with our lovely daughter, Sky. Watching her experience the things that her dad and mom loves doing is the best feeling and we cannot wait for more firsts with her.
Surprisingly, the trip was a success!
We are excited and happy to share these unforgettable moments with you.

Hello! Thanks for videoing the full journey from airport to myeongdong! Really helpful 😄 but just to check, do you put your luggage with you at your seats in the arex train? Or is there a luggage holding area? Didnt catch that part. Thanks!

Hi Caitlyn! AREX trains have an area for luggages inside the trains. They are placed near doorside. 😁

Nice video 👌 I will be travelling to Seoul in august. And I need to reach Myeongdong like you 🤪 Did u pick up the T money card at the airport ? I think I need it for the metro. Right ??? From Seoul station how far walking is line 4 Did u have to change more than one metro line to reach myeongdong Can you please tell me the station stops. Sadly I seen u carry the luggage up the stairs 😢 How long does it take from Seoul station to myeongdong Hope you can assist me Thanks so much 🙏🙏🙏

@grandmasterjo1 Hi bro! Thank you for your time watching our vlog! We bought T money card at the airport in CU convenience store. And from Seoul station, you will have to walk around 5mins to transfer to line 4 to get to Myeongdong. If i’m not mistaken, there are 4 stops from Seoul station to Myeongdong station (name of the station)

@grandmasterjo1 Sorry for the late response. From airport, we took AREX to Seoul station. Then from Seoul station we took the city subway. We did not change lines from Seoul station to Myeongdong. Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip on August!

I would take an airport bus to Myeongdong if I were you- no need to transfer

@@debbiesong5822 thank you Debbie. 🙏🙏 Very helpful and kind I think it’s simpler but double the cost. Besides the bus stops outside my hotel Ibis Myeongdong. And also saves me the trouble of changing g lines and walking to hotel Another tip. Is it easy to change $ into Won in Myeongdong? Thanks again

Is it true that if you use bus from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 to Myeongdong, it would be more convenient and no hagdan hassles would be experienced?

Hi @sassygirl5237 Yes it would be more convenient to travel by bus from Incheon Airport to Myeongdong. However, we opted using train because our concern that time was time 😅
No more K-Eta needed at the airport arrival?

Hello po, pde po mag purchase na rin ng arex pabalik ng Seoul to Incheon. Bali 2 tix na bibilihin tapos ang redeem muna is yung pa Seoul? Not sure if I'm making sense 😂

No sure why people would go to Myeongdong . It crowded, touristy, price more expensive than elsewhere, food more pricy, not more attraction except shopping at higher price.

Ok. And which neighborhood do you recommend?
