I like the graphics and the layout of the video. But why do ALL Korean commercials in English, seemed voiced over by a robot, and have a script written with 'bad' English. On the other hand, the airport looks like it is planned out well, and will be even more impressive.

It's been put through an auto translator. The voice is human - but he has been sent the script from the airport - which has used Google translate as a cheaper way to sell the video rather than using a professional service.

Yep, incheon airport had a 12th consecutive record, but, that ended in 2012, 6 years ago. Singapore is the new winner, having 5 consec years. Incheon dropped to 3rd place last year, from the 2nd place spot 2 years ago.

I think you misunderstood with Skytrax airport ranking. Yes, ICN was ranked below Changi Airport from 2012, however the video is mentioning about the Airport Service Ranking not Skytrax ranking.

vitasoy1437 but you have to consider that Hong Kong int’l airport was also ranked first among all airports, and the Hong Kong int’l airport is even built earlier than changyi and incheon, moreover, Hong Kong int’l airport is still the best cargo airport and ranked fifth in term of overall performance. Hong Kong int’l airport shines brighter as it is only an airport representing a city but not a country.

They are already considering the future Dubai al maktoum dwc airport since this is a project that would keep incheon competitive for a long time. Therefore it will coexist with al maktoum.

Airports in the USA are pathetic compared to this airport in Korea.

Dumbest "new" airport design. They should have sticked to the original design.
